  4. This program is fairly easy to use, and is described in more detail
  5. in the FEDEZ.WRI file.  However, if you're in a hurry to try it out,
  6. simply copy the FEDEZ.EXE file into the directory of your choice.  
  7. Copy the CMDIALOG.VBX file into your \WINDOWS directory.  Since this
  8. is a Visual Basic application, you will also need the file VBRUN100.DLL
  9. in your \WINDOWS or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

  11. If you need this file, it should be available on many BBS systems, or in 
  12. the MSBASIC forum on Compuserve.
